Calm 1 oz Wellness Tea

So sit back and unwind while you enjoy this green tea blended with ingredients such as lemongrass, tangerine, rosemary, and sage to increase a calming effect in the body.
Instructions:
Put a teaspoon or more of loose leaf tea per 6-8 ounces of water into a tea bag or strainer and place in a cup
Fill the cup with hot water to a temperature of 175-180 degrees F
Let the tea steep for 1-2 minutes
Be careful not to over brew tea because it can become bitter or too strong
