Rooibos Teas
Rooibos teas are amazing and can be fixed in a couple of different ways.
We recommend the African technique because it brings out the nutty undertones of the tea, however, it does take 30 minutes to prepare.
African Technique:
Put the desired amount of water into a saucepan and cover with a lid.
Bring to a boil and put the desired amount of tea leaves in the pout.
Re-cover with the lid and Simmer for 30 minutes
(For example - 1 teaspoon of tea to 1 cup of water)
Turn on the stove and bring to a boil, then boil for 30 minutes.
Use a strainer or tea press to separate tea from water and pour it into a cup.
Prepare your tea the way you like it.
Quicker Technique
Put tea in teabag or strainer and place in a cup
Bring water to 205 degrees and pour over tea in a cup
Let steep for 3 or more minutes

Herbal Tea
Most herbal teas have no caffeine in them. They are tea made with dried fruits, flowers, herbs, etc, and are very easy to prepare.
Prepare a cup by putting at least a teaspoon of tea in a strainer or tea bag and placing in the cup.
Heat your water to the temperature you desire to at least 194 degrees to 212 degrees F.
Carefully pour water over tea into the cup
Sweeten the tea the way you enjoy
Cold Brew Instructions
Option 1:
Cold Brew is a great way to prepare tea, especially Loose Leaf Teas.
You will need a pitcher or large canning jar
Depending on strength of tea, the recommended usage is about 6 teaspoons of tea for a large pitcher, 3 or 4 teaspoons for a jar
Place teaspoons of tea directly into pitcher or jar
Fill the pitcher or jar up with water to the top and place it in the refrigerator
Allow the tea to brew overnight for 8-16 hours, this is good to prepare the night before
As you use the cold brew tea you can use a strainer to filter the tea out as you put it in a cup
Sweeten to the way you enjoy your cold tea
